The most useful thing on this website is not written by us. Read what customers say about working with Aaron, Mike and the team.
Our reviews live on Google and Facebook, written by people we have actually worked for, and they are shown here live rather than copied onto the page. That matters: what you read below is pulled straight from the platform, dates and names included, and we could not edit it if we wanted to. Word of mouth is how a Cornish trade firm lives or dies, and these reviews are that word of mouth, written down where everyone can read it.

Commenting as the owner of this property I can honestly say that Aaron was a pleasure to work with. Efficient, reliable, extremely hardworking, on schedule, amazing quality and just an all round lovely guy! Thank you Aaron! You can see the almost (steps leading up to the tub yet to be added as a finishing touch) finished project on the Boutique Retreats website: Kilter House, Coverack

In two days he has completely overhauled it and it looks amazing. Very fast worker, polite and professional and reasonably priced as well. You won’t be disappointed by Michael’s team at all!

Read more on FacebookReally happy with the work from Aaron Hunt Groundworks. Aaron and his team were super easy to deal with—friendly, reliable, and clearly know what they’re doing. They turned up on time, got stuck in, and made sure everything was done properly with a great finish. They kept the place tidy and checked in with us throughout the job to make sure we were happy. No fuss, no stress—just solid, professional work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing groundwork done. Top team!

HW Contractors is the joining of two established local firms: Aaron's Hunt Landscaping & Groundworks and Mike's M Wherry Drives & Patios, a Helston name for decades. Some of our earliest reviews were earned under those names, by the same two people doing the same work.
So if you spot a review under a different business name, that is why. Same hands, same standard, one company: 40 years of combined experience now working under a single name.
