What happens next

What Happens After You Get in Touch

We talk through the job

What you want, where you are, access, and anything unusual about the site.

We book a free site visit

Aaron or Mike comes out, walks the job with you, and brings photographs of previous work and material samples so decisions are easy to make.

You get a written quote

The work, the specification and the price, set out plainly before you commit to anything.

You decide in your own time

No follow-up pressure. If the quote works for you, we agree a start date and get on with it.

Hearing back

When You Will Hear Back

We answer or return every call and reply to every enquiry, and messages sent through the form are picked up through the working day. Once you have had the site visit, the quote follows in writing, and if anything on site would change the timing, you hear it from us first.

Where we work

We cover West Cornwall from the Lizard to Newquay: Helston, Porthleven, Mullion, Penzance, Camborne, Redruth, Falmouth, Truro, St Ives and Newquay, plus the villages between. Just outside the list? Ask anyway, it often depends on the job.

Contact Questions

How do I get a quote?+

Ring us on 07886 070245, or send the enquiry form with a rough idea of what you want and where you are. We will arrange a free site visit, because almost nothing in this trade can be priced properly from a description. The visit and the quote are free, and there is no obligation.

What are your working hours?+

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you ring while we are on a machine we will call you back, and you can send the form at any time; it lands directly with the owners rather than an office inbox, and it gets read.

How soon can you start?+

It depends on the season and the job, so we would rather give you a real date than a guess. Surfacing work needs the right weather window, and larger groundworks jobs are scheduled around what is already booked. When we quote, we agree a start date with you in writing rather than leaving it vague.

Do you take a deposit, and how do I pay?+

Whatever is agreed is set out in writing in the quote before any work starts, including the payment arrangements and what happens if the specification changes once the ground is open. Nothing about money is left to a conversation halfway through the job.

Do you give written quotes?+

Yes, always. The work, the specification and the price, in writing, not a figure on the back of a card. If something changes once we are in the ground, you hear about it before it is done, never on the final invoice.
